Baton technique, tempo control, show conducting, and the fundamentals that separate a good drum major from a great one.
Leadership Psychology
How to motivate your section, manage conflict, earn respect, and lead people who are counting on you — in the band room and in life.
Communication & Voice
Public speaking, directing with clarity, and communicating your vision to a group. What you say matters as much as how you march.
Competition Prep
Real performance scenarios. Adjudicated exercises, feedback sessions, and competitive preparation that gets drum majors ready for the biggest stages.
